Chapter 1

Welcome & what you get

Welcome to 3Algos. This guide will take you from "I just signed up" to "my bot is running" in a few simple steps. No technical background is needed — if you can install an app and follow a short checklist, you can get set up.

What you get

Your 3Algos account gives you access to two fully automated trading bots:

Zenith 8

Runs inside MetaTrader 5 and trades through your broker account. Ideal for forex, metals, indices and similar markets.

Zenith 8 Crypto

A standalone Windows app that trades on a crypto exchange. Binance is supported today, with more exchanges coming soon.

What "fully automated" means

Once you have it set up and switched on, Zenith 8 does the work for you. It watches the market around the clock, decides when to trade, places the trades, and manages each one through to its close — all automatically. You simply keep an eye on your dashboard whenever you like. There is nothing to chart, calculate, or time by hand.

What it does not do

Zenith 8 is a tool, not a crystal ball. It does not predict the future and it cannot remove the normal risks of trading. Markets go up and down, and trading always carries the possibility of loss. Used sensibly, Zenith 8 takes the manual effort and emotion out of placing and managing trades — but the decision to trade, and with how much, is always yours.

Important
Trading carries risk. Results vary from person to person and over time, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Chapter 2

What you need before you start

Getting started is quick. Here is the short checklist of what you will need.

For everyone

For Zenith 8 (MetaTrader 5)

For Zenith 8 Crypto

Optional: keep it running 24/7 with a VPS

The bots only trade while your computer is on and connected to the internet. If you would like yours to keep running around the clock without leaving your home PC on, you can rent a VPS — a "virtual computer" that stays online in a data center. It is entirely optional. Basic plans from popular providers typically cost only a few dollars a month, and our support team is happy to point you in the right direction.

Tip
If you are just getting started, you do not need a VPS. Begin on your own computer, get comfortable, and add a VPS later if you decide you want around-the-clock operation.
Chapter 3

Create your 3Algos account

Your 3Algos account is your home base. It is where you download the software, sign in to the bot, and manage your subscription. Creating one is free and takes about a minute.

  1. Go to the website

Open 3algos.com in your web browser and click Start 7 days free.

  2. Enter your details

Type in your email address and choose a password. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

  3. Confirm your email

Check your inbox for a confirmation message and click the link inside. This activates your account and unlocks your downloads and support chat.

  4. Sign in to your dashboard

Once confirmed, sign in. Your account dashboard is where everything lives — downloads, your subscription, and support.

You're in
Your 7-day free trial starts the moment you create your account, and it covers both Zenith 8 and Zenith 8 Crypto. You can explore everything during the trial before deciding whether to subscribe.

One account, used everywhere

You will use this same 3Algos email and password to sign in to the bot itself (you will see how in the next chapters). There is no separate login to remember.

Chapter 4

Download & install Zenith 8 (MetaTrader 5)

Zenith 8 runs inside MetaTrader 5, the free trading platform used by brokers worldwide. This chapter takes you from download to a bot that is ready to switch on.

Step 1 — Install MetaTrader 5

If you do not already have it, download MetaTrader 5 from your broker's website and install it. Open the platform and sign in with the account details your broker gave you, so that it is connected and showing live prices.

Step 2 — Download Zenith 8

Sign in to your account on 3algos.com, open the Downloads page on your dashboard, and click Download Zenith 8 for MetaTrader 5. The file is small and downloads in seconds.

Step 3 — Run the installer

Double-click the file you just downloaded and follow the on-screen prompts. The installer places Zenith 8 in the right place inside MetaTrader 5 for you — there is nothing to configure by hand. When it finishes, restart MetaTrader 5 if it was open.

Step 4 — Add Zenith 8 to a chart

In MetaTrader 5, open any price chart, then find Zenith 8 in the platform's Navigator list and drag it onto the chart. A small window appears — click OK to confirm. You only need to do this once.

One toggle to flip
MetaTrader 5 has a master Algo Trading button at the top of its window. It must be switched on (it turns green) so that automated trading is allowed. If your bot does not seem to do anything, this is the first thing to check.

Step 5 — Sign in with your 3Algos account

The first time Zenith 8 starts, it asks for your 3Algos email and password — the same ones you created in Chapter 3. Enter them once. The bot securely remembers them on your own computer, so you will not need to type them again.

Ready
That's it — Zenith 8 is installed and signed in. It starts in a safe, paused state and will not place any trades until you switch it on. We'll do that together in Chapter 7.
Chapter 5

Download & install Zenith 8 Crypto (Windows app)

Zenith 8 Crypto is a standalone app for Windows — there is no separate platform to install. It trades on a crypto exchange. Binance is supported today, with more exchanges coming soon.

Step 1 — Download the app

Sign in to your account on 3algos.com, open the Downloads page on your dashboard, and click Download Zenith 8 Crypto for Windows.

Step 2 — Install and open it

Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen prompts. When it finishes, open Zenith 8 Crypto from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Step 3 — Sign in with your 3Algos account

When the app opens, sign in with your 3Algos email and password — the same ones from Chapter 3. The app securely remembers them on your own computer.

Step 4 — Connect your exchange

To let the app trade for you, you connect it to your exchange account using exchange "API keys." This sounds technical, but it is just a secure connection code you create on the exchange's website. We walk through it step by step in the next chapter, including the one safety rule that matters most.

Ready
Once installed and signed in, Zenith 8 Crypto stays paused until you connect your exchange and switch it on — so nothing happens with your money until you are ready.
Chapter 6

Connecting a broker or an exchange

For a bot to trade for you, it needs to be connected to the account that holds your money — a broker (for Zenith 8) or a crypto exchange (for Zenith 8 Crypto). Here is how each works.

Zenith 8 — connecting your broker

This part is easy: there is nothing extra to set up. Zenith 8 trades through the broker account you are already signed in to inside MetaTrader 5. As long as MetaTrader 5 is connected and showing live prices, Zenith 8 is connected too. Your money stays with your broker the whole time.

Zenith 8 Crypto — connecting your exchange with API keys

For crypto, you connect the app to your exchange using "API keys." An API key is simply a secure code, created on the exchange's own website, that lets the app place trades on your behalf — without ever needing your exchange password.

How to create your keys

  1. Log in to your exchange account (for example, Binance) in your web browser.
  2. Open the API management section of your exchange settings and create a new API key.
  3. Give the key permission to Read and to Trade only.
  4. Copy the two codes the exchange gives you and paste them into Zenith 8 Crypto.
The one rule that matters
Never enable Withdraw permission on your API key. Zenith 8 Crypto only needs Read and Trade to do its job. With Withdraw turned off, no one — not the app, not 3Algos, not anyone with the key — can move money out of your exchange account.

Your keys stay on your computer

The keys you enter are stored locally on your own computer, inside the app. They are not uploaded to 3Algos and we never see them. They simply let the app talk to your exchange from your machine.

Good to know
Because the keys never allow withdrawals and never leave your computer, your funds remain under your control at all times. You can delete or revoke a key on the exchange's website whenever you wish.
Chapter 7

Starting & stopping the bot

Both bots are built around one main control: a simple on/off switch. When it is off, the bot watches quietly and does nothing with your money. When it is on, it trades automatically. You are always in charge of this switch.

Starting the bot

When you are ready to begin, find the main AUTO switch on your dashboard and turn it on. It lights up to confirm the bot is now live. From this moment the bot watches the market around the clock and places and manages trades for you, all by itself.

Take your time
There is no rush to switch on. Many people like to leave the bot off at first and simply watch the dashboard for a day or two to get familiar with it. Switch on only when you feel comfortable.

Stopping the bot

To stop, turn the same AUTO switch off. The bot immediately stops opening new trades. Any trades that are already open continue to be looked after by the bot so they are not left unmanaged.

If you want to fully close everything

Turning the bot off stops new trades but leaves existing ones running under the bot's care. If you would prefer to close open trades yourself, you can always do that directly in MetaTrader 5 (for Zenith 8) or on your exchange (for Zenith 8 Crypto) — you stay in full control of your account at all times.

In short
One switch. On means the bot trades for you; off means it stops opening new trades. You can flip it whenever you like.
Chapter 8

Reading your dashboard

The dashboard is your at-a-glance view of what the bot is doing. You do not need to study it constantly — a quick look whenever you are curious is plenty. Here are the main things you will see.

Status

A clear indicator shows whether the bot is connected and live. A green status means everything is running normally and the bot is receiving live prices.

The on/off switch

The main AUTO control, covered in the previous chapter. At a glance you can always tell whether the bot is actively trading or paused.

Your account summary

A few simple figures keep you informed at a high level:

Your trades

A list of what the bot is currently trading, so you can see its activity. Each entry shows the market and how that trade is doing. The bot opens, manages, and closes these for you automatically.

Tip
The dashboard is there to keep you informed, not to give you homework. If a figure ever looks unexpected or you simply want it explained, our support team is glad to walk you through it.
Chapter 9

Your free trial & subscription

Your 7-day free trial

Every new account begins with a full 7-day free trial, and no card is required to start it. The trial gives you complete access to both Zenith 8 and Zenith 8 Crypto, so you can install everything, connect your accounts, and see the bots in action before deciding whether to subscribe.

Pricing

If you choose to continue after your trial, you can subscribe at:

PlanPrice
Monthly$129 per month
Yearly$999 per year

One subscription covers both Zenith 8 and Zenith 8 Crypto. You can manage your plan, upgrade, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

No refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. That is exactly why we give you a full 7-day free trial first — so you can try everything thoroughly and make sure it is right for you before you pay anything.

What happens if your subscription lapses

If your subscription ends, you stay protected. The bot stops opening any new trades, but it keeps safely managing any trades that are already open — it will never abandon a position or close one just because the subscription has lapsed. Whenever you renew, the bot simply resumes opening new trades as normal.

Chapter 10

Safety of your funds

Your money never passes through 3Algos. It stays where it already is — in your own broker or exchange account, in your name. We want you to feel completely confident on this point, so here is exactly how it works.

Your money stays with your broker or exchange

3Algos does not hold, receive, or have access to your trading funds. Zenith 8 simply places and manages trades within the account you already control. You can deposit and withdraw with your broker or exchange exactly as you always have.

The bot cannot withdraw your money

For crypto, the connection you set up only allows the app to view your account and place trades — never to withdraw. As long as you leave Withdraw permission switched off when you create your API key (see Chapter 6), no withdrawal of your funds is possible through the app.

Everything runs on your own computer

The bots and your login run on your own computer. Your connection details are stored locally on your machine, not on our servers. You can pause the bot, change your settings, or disconnect at any time.

You stay in control
Your funds, your account, your decisions. You can stop the bot or close trades yourself whenever you wish — nothing locks you out of your own money.
A reminder about risk
Keeping your funds in your own account does not remove market risk. Trading can result in losses as well as gains, results vary, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Chapter 11

Can I stop the bot whenever I want?

Yes. Turn the AUTO switch off at any time and the bot stops opening new trades immediately. You can also manage or close trades yourself in your broker or exchange.

What happens if my subscription ends?

The bot stops opening new trades but keeps safely managing any trades that are already open. When you renew, it resumes as normal. See Chapter 9.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable, which is why we offer a full 7-day free trial so you can evaluate everything before subscribing.

Will I make money?

We cannot promise any particular result. Trading carries risk, results vary from person to person and over time, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Getting help & support

If you ever get stuck or just have a question, we are here to help. There are two easy ways to reach us.

In-app support tickets

The quickest way to get help is to open a support ticket from your 3Algos account dashboard. Describe what you need and our team will get back to you. This is the best option if your question is about your account or your setup.

Email

You can also email us any time at support@3algos.com. We are happy to help with anything from installation to general questions.

No question is too small
Whether it is your first install or you simply want a figure on your dashboard explained, reach out. We would much rather help you early than have you stay stuck.

A final word on risk

Thank you for choosing 3Algos. Please remember that trading carries risk and can result in the loss of capital. Results vary, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
